Mr. Musa Secka is the Chairperson of the Board Finance Committee. An ACCA graduate with a Diploma in Business Studies, Mr. Secka has extensive experience in financial leadership. He served as the Director of Finance and Administration at the Institute for Human Rights and Development in Africa from August 2000 to December 2014.

Before joining IHRDA, he held the position of Director of Audit at the National Audit Office in The Gambia. Additionally, his professional background includes serving as the Director of Finance and Administration for Frosch Touristic International (FTI).
