Momodou holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration (Human
Resources Management) from the Malaysia University of Science & Technology (UK
Campus).

He has over 11 years of national and international experience in HR management,
talent acquisition, organizational development, and administration, gained through
roles with World Food Programme (WFP), World Health Organisation (WHO), UN
Population Fund (UNFPA), UN Office for Project Services (UNOPS), the German
development agency GIZ, and ChildFund International. His professional journey has
taken him across DR Congo, Cameroon, and The Gambia, where he has led
recruitment processes, supported organizational alignment initiatives, managed HR
operations, and contributed to strengthening administrative systems.
