Modou holds an IT Foundation Certificate from the West African Educational Trust and a Diploma in Information Processing from the Gambia Technical Training Institute.

Prior to joining IHRDA, Modou worked at Emkay Stores Company as a cashier and storekeeper, gaining practical experience in record-keeping, customer service, and inventory management.
