Gambian lawyers interested in the litigation training on freedom of expression to be organised by Media Legal Defence Initiative (MLDI) and the Institute for Human Rights and Development in Africa (IHRDA), are reminded that the deadline for application is end of this week.
The litigation training will be held in Banjul from 13 to 15 November 2017. Participants will be exposed to international and comparative law on freedom of expression, as well as the procedures to bring freedom of expression cases to regional human rights mechanisms.
