Over twenty  national and international human rights and non-governmental organisations have harnessed their voices to cry out for justice with regard to the death sentence slammed on Mohamed Mkhaïtir by the Nouadhibou Court on 24 December 2014 in northwest Mauritania. Mohamed was accused of an act of apostasy committed in December 2013.
