There is no mention of IHRDA in the decision, or any of IHRDA’s lawyers. However, the case has been noted in IHRDA’s records in a 2013 report to “Global Rights” where they identified this case as a case they were supporting. The report says that “IHRDA and LEDAP” finalized the legal arguments for the case before it was filed before the ECOWAS Court in December 2012.” Based on the records it appears that IHRDA provided comments and edits to the draft that LEDAP sent to IHRDA. No follow-up decision on the merits was found online.
