Defend, Educate, Inform
The case was filed before the ACHPR on 21 March 2019 on behalf of a Rwandan refugee based in Gambia, who fled Rwanda several years back for fear of political persecution and today is allegedly refused passport renewal for political motives, when his previous passport has expired; thereby leaving him stranded in Gambia without identification papers.
