Gabrielle Davis is a recent graduate of the University of Dayton in the United States, where she studied human rights, philosophy, law, and politics. Her experience spans human rights advocacy, congressional engagement, international development, and asylum law.

Gabrielle previously served as a Global Programming Intern with the University of Dayton Human Rights Center, where she contributed to the development of the JALI Program, an initiative that supports high school girls and female law students interested in law, justice, and leadership across The Gambia.

Gabrielle has conducted research examining how historical systems of power, including colonialism, armed conflict, economic restructuring, and migration policy, continue to shape contemporary experiences of displacement, vulnerability, and access to justice. Her interests include migration, international human rights law, and transitional justice, with a particular focus on communities affected by conflict, forced migration, and political violence.
