IHRDA is recruiting for the post of Executive Director. He/she should be a highly motivated person who demonstrates proven strategic leadership, management and professional competence in human rights, international law, regional integration and related fields, while taking pride in work and in achievements, both at personal and organizational levels. The suitable applicant should be well-experienced in strategic التقاضي and have an in-depth knowledge of and familiarity with the African human rights system. He/she should have an advanced degree in law, human rights, administration or related discipline, with at least 15 years’ post-qualification experience as a legal practitioner.
