عمر تي جالو is an ICT professional with over a decade of experience in ICT infrastructure across public and private sector environments. He specializes in enterprise-level ICT solutions, systems administration, and technical leadership, and has contributed to ICT governance through the development of ICT policies and operational manuals that strengthen organizational systems and procedures.

He holds a Higher National Diploma (HND) in Information Management Systems from Microteach Institute of Multimedia & Technology (MIMUT), a Diploma in Electrical and Electronic Engineering from غامبيا Technical Training Institute (GTTI), and is a Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA), certified at Quantum Net Institute of Technology. He also holds a certification in Project Management.

Omar has a strong foundation in computer technologies, including Python programming, HTML, CSS, and foundational knowledge in Artificial Intelligence. He is also well trained in Smart Access Control Systems, with practical experience in installation, configuration, and technical training.

He previously led Software, Hardware, and Networking teams at مركز كوانتوم نت للخدمات الفنية وأكملت فترة تدريب في شركة المياه والكهرباء الوطنية (NAWEC). He also provides technical training in Smart Access Control Systems and introductory networking at the University of Applied Science, Engineering and Technology (USET) under World Bank–supported programs.
