Ideal candidates should possess strong understanding of the African human rights landscape with advanced operational knowledge and understanding of communications systems, tools and processes. He/she should have a university degree in media, communication, law, development, or related disciplines, with at least 7 years’ firsthand experience in communications or media, or 5 years with postgraduate qualification.
