On 27 September 2019, IHRDA and Center for Comparative and International Law of the University of Nazarene filed an action at the ACHPR on behalf of the Mau Community of Kenya. The communication is about the planned forceful eviction of the Mau community by the Kenyan government from the Mau forest which has served as their abode for many years.
