During the 52nd Ordinary Session of the African Commission (9-22 October 2012) IHRDA will also launch the third phase of the Case Law Analyser (CLA): in addition to the existing African human rights mechanisms, the CLA will now include decisions relating to human rights from three (3) other African mechanisms which are the East African Court of Justice (EACJ), Southern African Development Community Tribunal (SADCT) and the Economic Community of West African States Community Court of Justice (ECOWAS CCJ).
